    Melissa Day 20

    Me and Tammy were on the same wavelength....something about the snow makes you want to do nothing but be cozy by the fire.  Tammy, I didn't workout today either and you know what?.... it's okay!  I crock-potted a yummy turkey stew that was lo-cal and made the house smell good.  It will be warmer tomorrow and we can do LESLIE!!!

    Day 20

    I have to be honest with you today.  Sorry Melissa but I did not workout today.  We had a dusting of snow today.  Craig came home early.  He was in the recliner, I was on the couch with a blanket.  Cole slept on Craig's chest and I read a book (while drinking some coffee).  I enjoyed every bit of it.  :o)  Tomorrow will be better with the working out.  Melissa I hope you did better than me!!!! 

    Day 19

    Went over to Melissa's house :o) I went home and worked out for one mile which is a total of two miles.  Then I started to read a book which is a not common for a stay at home mom.  Craig took care of COley Moley so I could read a couple of chapters!

    Melissa Day 19

    Tammy's fam came over for a yummy lo-cal dinner and lo-cal cookies.  She brought over Leslie and we worked out inside because it is very windy.  Tomorrow brings snow so we will probably Leslie it up then too.  We watched "The Biggest Loser" together on my DVR which was neat since we are big losers too!  Other than that I feel pretty ok mind and body wise so we'll just keep on truckin!

    Day 18

    Oops!  I forgot about yesterday. I had bought me some beautiful flowers and had a wonderful headache to go with them.  So now my flowers are in the spare bedroom.  I worked out for 2 miles which countered my chic-fillet sandwich yesterday.  I did not make dinner until 8:00 so you know that all that went to my backside.  I did weigh yesterday I did not lose or gain.

    Leslie Sansone kicks butt!  Thank you Tammy for a wonderful workout.  Thank you hubby for bringing home yummy pizza for dinner that pushed me over my calorie limit.  Thank you kodak for capturing my fat a$& on film so I can stay motivated.  Thank you for listening!

    Melissa Day 17

    Where's Melissa?  Being a booger butt and playing with her best freind from CA and not blogging.... I have also been bustin' my bootie to stage my house to sell it.  Very stressful.  So, Day 13-16 are missing.  But I was staying on track and working out for most of them!  THANK YOU TAMMY FOR STICKING WITH IT!! I am very proud of my awesome teammate for not skipping a beat while I was pooping around.  My weigh in was on Saturday and I lost 2pounds which was very exciting because of the crappy loss the week before.  It was just what I needed to get back on track.  Today I made yummy huge cinnamon rolls for the people seeing the house today and they didn't eat any but NEITHER DID I!!!  Into the trash they went.  Yay me and the little victories. 

    Day 17

    Did good with the eating part.  Did not workout today!  I have been well I have no idea what I have been up to.  :o)  Tomorrow I will do better!  I promise!

    Day 16

    What can I say I am such a glutten..... I went and ate Chinese food. Did not eat a lot in fact the noodles were too greasy.  Then for dinner I had German food.  I think I did o.k. with that....I had my dressing on the side and I ate slowly so my big belly would fill up.  Did not workout tonight decided that I wanted to lounge on the couch and watch a movie with my hubby.  Tomorrow will be better!

    Day 15

    Again it was a great day!  (Oh how I love days like this)  It was nice outside so we were able to walk 1.5 miles and then I went home and did 3 miles with a workout video.  Hopefully I can keep up with this positive attitude.  (It helps to have a supportive husband even if he has other motives. I told him if I could get my weight back to a healthy number that we would start trying for number 2.

    Day 14

    Great day today :o)  I have been working my bootie off....well hopefully!  I purchased a new Leslie Sansone DVD.... 5 mile walk and of course my positive self said I could do the whole 5 miles.  It actually wasn't to bad and I actually sweated!  I can't wait for Melissa to try this one out!  I also love this video because you can turn off the voice and just workout with the music.  (Sometimes I am not in the mood for the bubbly spirit that all of them portray)  (How grumpy was that!)  Tomorrow is suppose to be a nice day in the 60's....so we will be able to workout with our two buddies!

    No working out today because of my stitched finger and lazy butt.  I've done ok with food, not so great with water.  I'm not looking forward to this saturday's weigh in but i'll keep at it!

    Yepee!  My hubby is home :o)  Today was a test....I drove by Burger King 3 times before deciding to go home and eat a sensible lunch.   But oh how much I would have love to have a frozen coke.!.!  I am going to bring more of my teaching supplies upstairs and call it a night!

    Day 12

    Can we say how negative I was this morning! :o)  Today went good....It is still cold outside....So again another workout with LS.  Melissa came over and we shared the 100 calorie cookies.  (Thank goodness that was my last package!)  I ate within my allotted calories tonight too.  So all and all I had a great day.  Now I am off to take care of Coley Moley....it is bedtime and boy am I tired!  Tomorrow will be a long morning, Cole is getting his shots and I have to do it alone.  (Craig will be working) I think I am going to ask a lot of questions to his doctor and hope that she forgets about the shots.  :o)  Have a great night!  Melissa take it easy and don't forget about the medicine!!!!!

    Thank you Tammy for being my buddy and inspiring me to work out today!  We did a 30min video and then i walked the dog for 1.5mi.  The eating not so good though... ffalling into cravings and eating out.  I will keep working on it! 

    Day 11

    I was planning on blogging last night but once Cole went to sleep......well I did the same.  Yesterday was o.k. I am currently taking all of my teaching supplies upstairs (So my hubby has more room to work in the garage)  So I count that as my exercise :o)  I made 15 trips upstairs and then Cole wanted me to play :o) Eating was o.k. until I ate my 100 cal packs.  I had 3.......  Man I could just beat myself up for that one.  I did so good until that little slip.  I bought a new diet cooking magazine from Taste of Home.  I have tried 3 recipes and they are great.  Also a little frustrated after watching the biggest loser.   I saw at the beginning where some team lost 16 pounds in 2 weeks.  How can some people be so successful when others (Like me) are stuck in the 1 to 2 pounds???????

    I love Tuesday's because I get to watch the biggest loser and get re-motivated.  Earlier today I binged on brownies because I was dumb enough to buy them at the store.  I still only had 2000 cal which isn't that bad and I stayed motivated to fight the cold and do a workout video inside that used my exercise ball.  It was different and fun which is good to liven up my exercise routine.  Tammy and I are going to check out a pole aerobics class tomorrow which should be different and fun too!!

    I feel fat, oh so fat.  I wasn't going to work out because it's late and cold outside.  But, I tried a dance workout video to counteract my fat feelings and couldn't get past the warm-up because it was not my style.  So, I bundled up and braved the cold.  My dog couldn't even hang with me!  It wasn't that bad outside because there was no wind.  I walked my mile and feel good about it.  I'm proud that I overcame the negative voice in my head and worked out today... even though I listened to it when it told me to eat bad.  I'm still at my calorie limit but the night isn't over yet...

    Well I can't say a lot today.  I ate o.k. and I am feeling yucky.  My head is congested so I did not workout.  Off to take a bath and hopefully the steam will help my big head clear up.  Oh I did lose a pound.....Don't know how people can lose more than 2 pounds in a week.  I guess that we need a personal trainer.  HINT!  HINT!

    Melissa Day 9

    Tammy came over for mommy and me yoga.  I used to be good at yoga pre-baby.  It's hard doing it with extra fat layers.  Then me and my dog walked for 1mile outside because it was too cold for Mason.  We all went to dinner and had yummy salads so I did good with my calories today.  Even had some calories left over for a little desert.  I can't deprive myself or I want it more so I had cinnamon bites from McDonald's and they were YUMMY.  But now I feel gross because I ate them when I was full of yummy salad.  I will work on my hunger cues and eat only when I'm hungry, even if it's dessert.
